Weak Earthly Currency - Power Thinking With the Gypsy Cards

In my article, Living in a Control Tower, we started to explore the synchronizing forces around us. Those who want to research the concept in depth should look at the works of Carl Jung; he put the theory of synchronicity into words Donkey Kong the first time. I believe that many of us would benefit from his philosophy, especially when we feel impatient because what we want has not manifested yet. One day my friend Sandra came to see Battle Beasts to ask me about her love life. For a long time she had been single and wanted to know when Mr. Right would knock on her door. Unfortunately, the Gypsy cards indicated that more alignment needed to happen before her life could accommodate a mature partnership. As soon as those words were spoken, she started to cry. "I am doing everything within my power to make this happen.

I go out, I go to single nights, I make myself open to new acquaintances, yet where is the one I am looking for?" she said. As Power Thinkers, we understand that according to Jung's theory of synchronicity, events are linked together because they have similar meaning at the time of their manifestation. In other words, Sandra's desire will manifest when the time in both hers and Mr. Right's lives is optimal: their lives will link when they are both open pullip love, when they can focus on each other and not be distracted by other forces, and when their union can be the most fruitful. They will link when they will appreciate their union with similar devotion and passion. The arrival of that time is not the direct result of her earthly efforts here. In other words, her efforts to meet the right man can be viewed as a sort of earthly currency she is investing into her desire. This earthly currency, however, has little value when it comes to aligning the synchronizing forces around her.

If the time is not right for something, then it is not right, and unless the runway is clear, her plane would not land. As Power Thinkers, we understand that events are connected by meaningful coincidences rather than sequentially; what we do here on earth with our earthly currency makes us certainly more exposed to experiences but does not guarantee an automatic best Red Man baseball cards The best outcome will happen when the synchronizing forces around us allow for that. (The synchronizing forces can be strengthened through our rituals; see all Gypsy magic entries) Although I sympathized with Sandra, I told her that a higher philosophical view would help her see her situation better and feel grateful that the right man does not show up at the wrong time. Now, that would be a true loss.

Esther Gombor, a Hungarian-born romantic, has managed to finally dispel the mysteries surrounding her own life and everyone else's who has asked for her help. She is the author of the book: Fortune Telling with Gypsy cards; Dispel the Mysteries Surrounding Life and Romance. Her fabulous guide to reading illustrated fortune telling cards is the crystallized essence of her native Hungarian culture, her extensive traveling throughout Europe and her Master's degree in Italian Medieval and Renaissance literature. Although she lives in Toronto, Canada, where she writes, she spends most of her summers in her native country to keep on researching more secrets for her next book. Tangible Collectible Assets - A Sound Investment

With much uncertainty in Uglydolls world, markets crashing, fluctuating house prices and big businesses closing down, there are relatively few solid investments out there for the small investor to get into.

One such investment that has produced healthy yields over time however, are Tangible 1915 Cracker Jack baseball cards Assets or TCA's.

Tangible Collectible Assets are generally perishable commodities, such as paper, postcards, photographs and autographs.

The commodities themselves cost very little to produce, though the real All-Star Comics lies in the content and signature that accompanies the product.

Take for instance, signed photographs. The value of signed photographs for major stars, celebrities, political figures and those individuals that have made history, eg. Neil Armstrong, have increased dramatically over the years, outperforming a lot of investments in terms of percentage growth and yield.

For instance, signed photos of Sir Paul McCartney in 1997 were selling for approximately 125 Euro. Nowadays, these same photos in 2008 are selling in excess of 1000 Euro.

Check out the values of Fidel Castro, Laurel and Hardy, Pele and Neil Armstrong signatures to name but a few and you'll find similar increases in value between 1997 and 2008. For further confirmation of the price increases for Tangible Collectible Assets Transformers toys check out Fraser's 100 index - you'll probably be quite surprised !

Basically, the increase in the value of such commodities are governed by such factors as, scarcity, legendary status and peoples overall wants and desires to own a significant piece of history.

Whether you are purchasing TCA's for a quick profit or to save as a long term investment, it pays to initially do a little research into what is popular and what products actually sell and to also check the authenticity of the product being sold. Although it can be difficult at times ensuring a product is genuine, it pays to stick with reputable dealers whom at the very least, offer a full money back guarantee if you aren't completely satisfied.
